City of Bellingham's "Climate Action Task Force" would like to see actions taken to require "energy conversions" from fossil fuel sources to electricity - a mandate that will affect all PRIVATE PROPERTY (business, homes, and other operations).  Meetings are being held - including a major meeting in December 2019.  Information courtesy BIAWC and others listed below.
